**Will Change**  Thursday through Saturday Sept. 16-18thThursday 16th - 4:30 - 8:00 Registration, Unconference Sign Up, Reception 4:30 - 6:00 White paper - topics for unconference Finger food and drinks will be available as participants come together to catch up with friends and colleagues at the conference. We will have big pieces of white paper on the walls for people to suggest an unconference session and allow others to vote via tally marks what unconference sessions they would be interested in. Those with the most votes get put into sessions. We'll be running unconference sign ups every morning during breakfast to keep the learning current with what people want to know and learn. 6:00 - 7:00 Forum Discussion: With invited Cohort Facilitators We'll hold informal forums with cohort facilitators allowing people to ask questions and start to brainstorm what their cohort time will be spend doing. Friday 17th - 7:00 - 8:00 Breakfast 8:00- 9:00: Kickoff Discussion 9:15 - 9:30 Coffee Break 9:30 -10:45: Cohort Session 1 11:00-12:00: UnConference 1 12:15 - 1:00: Lunch 1:00 - 2:30: Cohort Session 2 3:00 - 4:00: UnConference 2 4:00 - 5:00: UnConference 3 5:00 - 6:00: Reception Drinks and finger food available. Time for participants to make connections and continue conversions from unconference sessions from the day. Saturday 18th - 8:00 - 9:00: Breakfast/Discussion 9:00 - 10:30: Cohort Session 3 11:00 - 12:15: UnConference 4 12:15 - 1:00: Lunch 1:00 - 2:30: Cohort Session 4 3:00 - 4:00: Unconference 5 4:30 - 5:30: Reception Drinks and finger food available. Wrap up the conference with conversations, and a jigsaw activity to find out what other cohorts produced as their final project. |
